GROUNDS MAINTENANCE

Century Gardens provides comprehensive grounds maintenance to commercial and residential clients throughout the service area. Grounds maintenance services by Century Gardens are consistent and reliable, and may be customized to fit your needs.

Maintenance Services Include:

• 43 annual lawn cuttings
  • Weekly March - October; every two weeks November – February
  • Includes mowing and edging turf, plus cleanup
  • Billed a prorated flat monthly fee at the beginning of the month for the current month of service.
     
• Bed detail service
  • Detailed trimming and seasonal pruning of plants
  • Hand rake (not blow) planting beds to preserve mulch and minimize damage to small plants
  • Weed control through hand pulling and broadcast pre-emergent herbicides to keep weeds down until next visit.
  • Billed hourly with a set minimum and maximum charge
  • Quarterly, bi-monthly, or monthly visits
     
• Leaf removal service
  • Alternates with winter lawn cutting schedule
  • Leaves are blown, raked, and bagged from lawn and specified areas
  • Minimizes use of heavy mowers and rutting during this wet time of year
  • Can be purchased as a one time service at end of season
  • Billed per visit
     
• Mulching
  • Mulching at least once annually conserves moisture, regulates soil temperature, builds soil profile, and adds curb appeal
     
• Seasonal flowers
  • Planted with fertilizer and soil fungicide for longevity
  • Selection based upon availability
  • Used sparingly along entry ways and focal points in the landscape
