^{What to expect: We guarantee to perform all services in a professional manner following generally accepted horticultural and industry standards. Any and all work performed above and beyond our service descriptions is additional and we will bill you our current labor rate of $32.50 per man hour plus retail cost of materials.}

^{Payment: A valid credit or debit card number is required to initiate any service. Our staff will call you for your number once we receive your Service Request. One time projects such as the Curb Appeal Package will be charged when we receive you card number. Monthly fees for lawn mowing will be charged on the first of each month.}

^{Cancellation policy: Once you accept our proposal and we receive payment or advance deposit, you have three business days to cancel the order for a full refund. After that, there are no refunds. If you sign up for service, we expect you to follow through with the complete job if it is a one time service, or one full month if it is a lawn service.}
